The Best Re-fried Beans

For the best re-fried beans, cook them yourself instead of buying a can. The taste is amazing!

You will need 1 cup of dry pinto beans. Rinse them.
Fill pressure cooker to 1/3 full, adding 2 tsp oil.
Follow directions and cook until done, adding onions and garlic before cooking if desired.

Strain and put beans in fridge overnight.

The next day, mash and fry beans in olive oil, adding salt as needed.

These are very delicious, and you can eat them plain or in a tortilla with other ingredients.
