Ok, this recipe looks too good to resist. Yesterday my son in law made corn that was so good I just almost died. He used frozen corn, and to the cooking water he added honey and asian chili sauce. It was amazing. The corn simmered in that and then he didn't drain it; left it sitting in that yummy mixture so it could soak in. We just used a slotted spoon to serve. Amazing!

Tomorrow is the Irish's good luck day. The day we all get to wear green. How fun is that? Now I better go see if I have a green shirt. Could be tricky finding one. Green isn't the color I usually choose for my clothes. Well, we will see...
