This very interesting article goes through 12 or 13 eye exercises you can do to strengthen your eyes and keep them in good shape. I took my prescription glasses off 2 or 3 weeks ago and now am just using a weak pair of reading glasses.
Soon I will buy a pair of reading glasses that are one level weaker than the ones I've got, to train my eyes to do the focusing instead of relying on the lenses of my glasses to do all the work.
It works so much better to have the freedom of not being tied down to always needing reading glasses.
I love being able to see without glasses and I want my eyes to continue to get better and better until I am finally able to get rid of my glasses for good.
I keep getting tempted into buying one of those $97 courses on vision without glasses but fortunately I keep resisting the temptation. I think I can find all the information I need for free, if I just stay diligent in looking for it and then putting it to use.
I know that I will have achieved my goal when I can read and thread a needle without needing glasses. That's what I want.
